Dermaplaning is very popular in the entertainment industry, as it eliminates the annoying peach fuzz that cakes up make up and can be enhanced by HD cameras. Its also removed dead skin cells allowing the surface of your skin to fell smooth. Dermaplaning also allows for greater penetration of products on the skin after wards, so LED light therapy is a great treatment to have after wards.
Dermplaning is recommended for all skin types (excluding cases of extreme acne). It removes 21 days worth of dead skin cells, so it is recommended that you allow the skin to complete this cycle before the next treatment.
Many people are concerned that Dermaplaning will make the hair on your face grow back heavier and darker this is NOT the case, the blade only removes the vellus hair ( soft fine facial hair) this hair will always grow back as it was prior to the treatment.
